Connie Burstin started her career in the gaming industry right after graduating from school in 1997. She was hired by a casino software company and eventually went on build one of the first casino affiliate programs in 1999. After that, she has been helping merchants set up, build and grow successful affiliate programs worldwide.

Hired to restructure the whole program (commission structure, promotions, communication process, website presence, etc) and position them as competitive as possible among Playtech casinos. Launched an experimental acquisition campaign called “100% Commission” to attract new affiliates and increased exposure with existing affiliates to try the brands. Increased the revenue by 300% in the first 3 months.

Developed and executed all business aspects of the program, including administration and daily operations.
